- Own the cadence and run the business for your solution group, focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement
- Successfully implement AI efficiency and infrastructure to streamline current sales operations processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and achieve world-class results
- Determine key performance indicators and track progress towards sales targets
- Conduct analysis on solution performance and partner with sales leaders to build solution-specific action plans to ensure we meet our company goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant sales operations role
- Outstanding ability to drive consistency, repeatability, and efficiency in sales processes
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to leverage data to influence decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Strong AI proficiency
- MBA preferred, but not required.
