About the role

  • You plan service assignments efficiently and assign service teams according to demand
  • You ensure the composition of service teams is always up to date and flexibly adjusted to requirements
  • You ensure that the service schedule always complies with the contractual obligations set out in service agreements
  • You are responsible for the timely procurement, scheduling and provision of tools, spare parts and services
  • You ensure timely and proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., technicians, customer service, etc.)
  • You continuously monitor key performance indicators in the planning area and ensure their stability and the achievement of targets
  • You prepare a detailed three-week plan for optimal deployment and resource management

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial (business) training
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Basic technical knowledge is desirable
  • IT skills with common software (MS Office, SAP, etc.); Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills
