About the role
- Lead and continuously evolve a global program aligned to regulatory expectations, company strategy and enterprise risk priorities.
- Manage global anti-corruption and third-party compliance programs.
- Collaborate with legal and business colleagues to ensure compliance with public sector laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement scalable training and awareness efforts aligned to Adobe's core values, business risk, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; advanced degree such as J.D. or MBA and/or professional certification (e.g., CCPE) is preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with Fortune 250 experience preferred; 5+ years of people management experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, strong executive presence and experience building relationships, leading teams, and influencing across all levels of the company.
