- Co author the Sales Transformation and PMO framework
- Shape the operating model for the Sales Transformation Office
- Define and implement consistent practices across program delivery
- Lead Adobe’s highest priority sales transformation initiatives
- Drive end-to-end program strategy
- Ensure transparency through crisp storytelling, insights-based reporting
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of program management, transformation leadership, or PMO experience
- Expertise in enterprise transformation, including operating model redesigns
- Demonstrated ability to architect frameworks, governance models, and program delivery standards
- Deep understanding of sales motions, go - to - market processes, and supporting technologies (CRM, analytics, enablement platforms)
- Mastery of both traditional PMO discipline and modern, adaptive, outcomes driven driven approaches (agile, lean, iterative execution)
