Lead and supervise service technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
Analyze KPIs and PPIs and derive measures to improve processes and results.
Conduct regular quality, safety and staff audits.
Make operational decisions in collaboration with Area Management.
Identify training needs and ensure employee development.
Monitor working time accounts and balance overtime and undertime.
Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines in the field.

Requirements

Completed vocational training in an electrical, mechanical or related field, or relevant experience in the wind industry.
Experience managing staff and strong teamwork and conflict-resolution skills.
Willingness to travel within Austria during the week.
Familiarity with Microsoft and iOS platforms and experience with common ERP systems.
Strong safety awareness and willingness to work at significant heights.
Driver's license, ideally Class BE.
Very good German and good English skills.
