About the role
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for Workday reporting
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday reports and calculated fields
- Collaborate with Employee Experience teams to deliver seamless operational reporting
- Build and implement efficient, scalable reporting solutions
- Provide insight into how reporting development decisions impact long-term scalability, user experience, and data quality
- Find opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline reporting workflows
- Partner with HR Tech and People Analytics teams to implement scalable frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational reporting efficiency
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
- Foster a collaborative culture passionate about technical excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Reporting Lead or Consultant
- Proven experience supporting full lifecycle Workday reporting, from strategy to delivery
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting
- Experience leading reporting development and process alignment initiatives
- ServiceNow queue and ticket management experience (a plus)
- Profound understanding of Workday reporting architecture, data structures, and module interrelationships
- Skilled at developing and improving calculated fields and custom reports
- Strong understanding of Workday Security and its impact on report access and development
