About the role
- Lead and maintain Adobe’s global compliance and ethics learning curriculum (live and on-demand), ensuring consistent, effective delivery.
- Develop and deliver creative, engaging, and customized training content and communications across diverse compliance topics.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve training personalization, engagement, and analytics.
- Manage delivery, scheduling, recordkeeping, and performance metrics for compliance training programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts and collaborators to continuously improve awareness initiatives and align with evolving compliance standards.
- Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program administration and execution.
- Provide support for other compliance programs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Learning & Development, Risk Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing corporate training programs, compliance education, or learning and development initiatives.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Demonstrated experience using AI to develop, deliver, or optimize corporate learning programs and internal messaging.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that engage diverse global audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A global perspective, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
