About the role

  • Engage with existing customers to secure renewals of their Enterprise Agreements with Adobe
  • Drive and close renewal opportunities and upsell in the Strategic Commercial Enterprise space
  • Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions
  • Drive Customer Retention using customer insights and company objectives
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Product Specialists to plan customer retention efforts

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior inside/outside sales experience in enterprise software
  • Previous experience in account management related to renewing Enterprise Agreements
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and solution selling process into Strategic Accounts is helpful
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in prospect to closure with a quota
  • Ability to forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
