About the role
- Engage with existing customers to secure renewals of their Enterprise Agreements with Adobe
- Drive and close renewal opportunities and upsell in the Strategic Commercial Enterprise space
- Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions
- Drive Customer Retention using customer insights and company objectives
- Collaborate with Account Directors and Product Specialists to plan customer retention efforts
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior inside/outside sales experience in enterprise software
- Previous experience in account management related to renewing Enterprise Agreements
- Understanding of the sales cycle and solution selling process into Strategic Accounts is helpful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in prospect to closure with a quota
- Ability to forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
