- Set annual retention, attrition, and renewal targets across all business lines.

Requirements
- 4+ years in strategic operations, sales operations, retention, or GTM roles with a track record of driving measurable impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fluency in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and influence senior executives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, strategy, or a related field; proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
