About the role
- Lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of a team of Firefly Sales Specialists
- Empower the team to demonstrate effective solution selling
- Collaborate with teams to craft and execute sales strategies for Adobe Firefly
- Manage monthly solution-level reporting, pipeline development, and market trend analysis
- Build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive targeted marketing and public relations activities
- Share and build customer references and value metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales
- Ideal candidates will have experience in creative or generative AI space
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales professionals
- Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives
- Skilled at identifying, nurturing, and closing sophisticated deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
