About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of a team of Firefly Sales Specialists
  • Empower the team to demonstrate effective solution selling
  • Collaborate with teams to craft and execute sales strategies for Adobe Firefly
  • Manage monthly solution-level reporting, pipeline development, and market trend analysis
  • Build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem
  • Coordinate with marketing team to drive targeted marketing and public relations activities
  • Share and build customer references and value metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in creative or generative AI space
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales professionals
  • Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives
  • Skilled at identifying, nurturing, and closing sophisticated deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
