About the role
- Define, deliver, develop, and lead content and technical documentation for a suite of products within multiple channels - web, in-app, community, social and more
- Improve customer data analysis to identify and build strategies for knowledge, troubleshooting, and outcome-based content
- Work with marketing and product teams to come up with projects and campaigns to aid self-serve, improve ARR and grow product usage
- Lead projects, results and dependencies in the context of narrow release timelines
- Collaborate with engineering, support and product management to understand product goals, technical details, and implement content needs
- Be capable of wearing multiple hats: strategist, creator/author, quality control/editor, customer support, and project manager
- Build and/or maintain logical information architectures with a primary focus on usability and discoverability
- Collect and analyze quality metrics to ensure content success and goals
Requirements
- Previous experience developing content in the software industry
- Excellent background in customer support, customer engagement, sales and marketing
- Ability to work independently with multiple partners
- Meet commitments and improve overall engagement
