Content Marketing Manager

• Define, deliver, develop, and lead content and technical documentation for a suite of products within multiple channels - web, in-app, community, social and more
• Improve customer data analysis to identify and build strategies for knowledge, troubleshooting, and outcome-based content
• Work with marketing and product teams to come up with projects and campaigns to aid self-serve, improve ARR and grow product usage
• Lead projects, results and dependencies in the context of narrow release timelines
• Collaborate with engineering, support and product management to understand product goals, technical details, and implement content needs
• Be capable of wearing multiple hats: strategist, creator/author, quality control/editor, customer support, and project manager
• Build and/or maintain logical information architectures with a primary focus on usability and discoverability
• Collect and analyze quality metrics to ensure content success and goals
