Define, deliver, develop, and lead content and technical documentation for a suite of products within multiple channels - web, in-app, community, social and more
Improve customer data analysis to identify and build strategies for knowledge, troubleshooting, and outcome-based content
Work with marketing and product teams to come up with projects and campaigns to aid self-serve, improve ARR and grow product usage
Lead projects, results and dependencies in the context of narrow release timelines
Collaborate with engineering, support and product management to understand product goals, technical details, and implement content needs
Be capable of wearing multiple hats: strategist, creator/author, quality control/editor, customer support, and project manager
Build and/or maintain logical information architectures with a primary focus on usability and discoverability
Collect and analyze quality metrics to ensure content success and goals
Requirements
Previous experience developing content in the software industry
Excellent background in customer support, customer engagement, sales and marketing
Ability to work independently with multiple partners
