About the role
- Write and publish a wide range of content assets including blogs, ebooks, case studies, webpages, whitepapers, videos, and social posts
- Maintain and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical or complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content
- Optimize content for SEO and discoverability across search engines and digital platforms
- Create and/or edit video content and design visual assets to support content distribution
- Analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and refine strategies accordingly
- Manage content distribution through email newsletters, social media, and partner channels
- Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps, refresh outdated materials, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, design, sales) to support integrated marketing campaigns
- Support internal communications by creating FAQs, knowledge base articles, and team collateral

- Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
