About the role
- Lead the day-to-day relationship with key client stakeholders across premium campaigns and initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong communication, trust, and alignment
- Translate client briefs into clear, executable plans aligned with commercial, compliance, and sustainability objectives
- Oversee all stages of campaign delivery, from planning and sourcing through production and fulfilment
- Manage and resolve operational issues, acting as an escalation point when required
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and supplier partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Guide and mentor junior team members (Account Managers / Executives), supporting their development and ensuring continuity
- Manage supplier relationships in collaboration with procurement and sourcing teams
- Ensure full compliance with brand, legal, and procurement policies
- Report campaign progress, risks, and opportunities to the Operational Team Lead / Account Director
- Identify upsell opportunities, efficiencies, and value-add initiatives to support business growth
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in client services, retail marketing, promotional procurement, or delivery operations *(ideally within an aggregator agency, FMCG, or global brand environment) *
- Strong understanding of **premiums and gifting procurement**, including international sourcing, logistics, compliance, and sustainability
- Experience with **digital premiums** (e.g. vouchers, coupons) and omni-channel activation
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, costings, and project profitability
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Confident in preparing and presenting reports, post-campaign reviews, and performance insights
- Flexibility to work across time zones when managing international sourcing and suppliers
- Experience with sustainability standards and product safety regulations for promotional items is a plus
- Experience working with a globally recognised consumer goods brand is highly desirable****
