About the role
- Deliver end-to-end HR services and operations in Kazakhstan
- Ensure effective coordination of HR processes
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: hiring, transfers, terminations
- Prepare and control HR documents
- Input and verify payroll-related data
- Conduct payroll data checks and identify discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with labor and migration legislation
- Monitor HR processes and improve efficiency
- Support employee retention and workforce planning
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience in HR
- Knowledge of 1C ZUP (HR and payroll system)
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Experience working with migration authorities
- Experience in personnel document archiving
- Experience supporting payroll closing processes
- Experience with shift schedules
