About the role

  • Deliver end-to-end HR services and operations in Kazakhstan
  • Ensure effective coordination of HR processes
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: hiring, transfers, terminations
  • Prepare and control HR documents
  • Input and verify payroll-related data
  • Conduct payroll data checks and identify discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with labor and migration legislation
  • Monitor HR processes and improve efficiency
  • Support employee retention and workforce planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in HR
  • Knowledge of 1C ZUP (HR and payroll system)
  • Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Experience working with migration authorities
  • Experience in personnel document archiving
  • Experience supporting payroll closing processes
  • Experience with shift schedules
