About the role

  • Support the achievement of sales targets by maximising order conversion and maintaining order accuracy.
  • Improve operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and implementing better ways of working.
  • Develop and empower your Account Operations colleagues, helping to build a skilled and engaged team.
  • Contribute to wider business initiatives and cross-functional collaboration that drive overall organisational performance.
  • Ensure customers receive a reliable and high-quality service experience, strengthening customer relationships.
  • Lead and support a team of Account Operations colleagues, providing guidance, resolving issues and ensuring daily priorities are met.
  • Review and manage the order book to ensure orders are accurate, on time and aligned with customer and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues, improve processes and maintain service levels.
  • Monitor team performance and workloads, providing coaching and support to help team members develop and perform effectively.
  • Participate in meetings and projects focused on improving service processes, systems and overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for our brand and products is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team within a customer service or operational environment.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and approach for different audiences.
  • Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving processes and efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in business systems and tools, including Microsoft Office and SAP or similar systems.
  • Ability to analyse operational data and manage order books to support service levels and commercial objectives.
  • Understanding of supply chain or operational processes within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
