About the role
- Responsible for the expansion of the DPC Partner Program (3P / Marketplace Model) in the Emerging Markets
- Work closely with the Global Digital Partner Commerce organization, leading implementation of the overall digital sales acceleration strategy and initiatives
- Ensure zero cost overruns on account of delay in integration
- Develop and maintain digital competency within Market DPC
- Lead the implementation and oversee management of partner program (3P marketplace business) for the local organization
- Drive partnership with local eCom and facilitate best practice sharing, upskilling, and tool distribution locally
Requirements
- University degree in the field of Tech / Business or equivalent
- 5+ years professional experience, with extensive experience in E-Commerce field (e.g. Digital merchandising, Digital consumer experience and/or Digital Marketing)
- Strong influencing and networking skills to effectively manage interdependencies and projects in the matrix
- Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to influence partners to accept adidas requirements from integrations perspective.
- Proven leadership and People management skills
- Fluency in English, both verbally and written
- Experience managing a team preferred
- Knowledge of global E-Commerce landscape
