About the role
- Design and optimize the digital platform and program benefit structure
- Lead the end-to-end program management of the adidas membership ecosystem
- Lead the implementation of new functionalities to enhance the member journey and experience
- Drive cross-functional coordination with eCommerce Operations, Retail Operations, Digital Activation, and Retail teams
- Lead and manage strategic partnerships to expand the membership database
- Manage the planning and execution of membership category-related activations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce
- Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
- Experience delivering and managing loyalty and/or CRM programs is a plus
- Experience with BI & Marketing processes, tools such as Office MA, Google Analytics, Power BI, is a “plus”
- University degree
- Fluent in English
- Native level in Japanese
