About the role

  • Design and optimize the digital platform and program benefit structure
  • Lead the end-to-end program management of the adidas membership ecosystem
  • Lead the implementation of new functionalities to enhance the member journey and experience
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with eCommerce Operations, Retail Operations, Digital Activation, and Retail teams
  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships to expand the membership database
  • Manage the planning and execution of membership category-related activations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce
  • Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
  • Experience delivering and managing loyalty and/or CRM programs is a plus
  • Experience with BI & Marketing processes, tools such as Office MA, Google Analytics, Power BI, is a “plus”
  • University degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Native level in Japanese
