About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for tool-related inquiries, escalating issues when needed and keeping users informed
- Ensure customer data, Promo, and FOC setups are completed accurately and on time
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and SharePoint resources to support onboarding and ongoing education
- Assist in testing, readiness, and change management to support smooth adoption of tool enhancements
- Work closely with sales and cross-functional groups to understand workflows, recommend improvements, and support future-facing digital solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- One to three years of experience in sales, business, or financial analysis and planning
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
- Industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills to define issues and recommend solutions
- Clear communication skills for presenting information to varied audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with digital tools or platforms
