About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tool-related inquiries, escalating issues when needed and keeping users informed
  • Ensure customer data, Promo, and FOC setups are completed accurately and on time
  • Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and SharePoint resources to support onboarding and ongoing education
  • Assist in testing, readiness, and change management to support smooth adoption of tool enhancements
  • Work closely with sales and cross-functional groups to understand workflows, recommend improvements, and support future-facing digital solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • One to three years of experience in sales, business, or financial analysis and planning
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills to define issues and recommend solutions
  • Clear communication skills for presenting information to varied audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with digital tools or platforms
