About the role

  • Assist in the planning, curating, and measuring of product assortments for NAM
  • Ensure data integrity to support product ranging and pricing
  • Capture consumer and market insights for relevant product range
  • Manage key item and franchise models across lifecycles
  • Create strategic assortment plans for relevant channels/accounts
  • Present and deliver the GTM category, range plans, and insights to teams
  • Monitor and communicate analysis of product range and sales results

Requirements

  • Four-year college or university degree in Business/Merchandising or related field preferred
  • One (1) year related industry experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to present in front of large and small groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Category specific understanding preferred
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
