About the role
- Assist in the planning, curating, and measuring of product assortments for NAM
- Ensure data integrity to support product ranging and pricing
- Capture consumer and market insights for relevant product range
- Manage key item and franchise models across lifecycles
- Create strategic assortment plans for relevant channels/accounts
- Present and deliver the GTM category, range plans, and insights to teams
- Monitor and communicate analysis of product range and sales results
Requirements
- Four-year college or university degree in Business/Merchandising or related field preferred
- One (1) year related industry experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to present in front of large and small groups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Category specific understanding preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills
