About the role

  • Support the Franchise business to achieve sales and market strategy objectives
  • Ensure a reliable, adequate, and competitive customer service level for all key partners.
  • Product reservation during pre-sale and throughout the season.
  • Display available products to accounts and sell-in tracking.
  • Order creation and point of contact with SCM for deliveries.
  • Management of quality issues and post-sale claims and returns.
  • Logistic and financial planning of commercial returns.
  • Generation of credit and debit notes according to business needs.
  • Inbound and Outbound planning with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring of trade terms with each account.
  • Set trade terms before the season and monitor these in collaboration with GBS.
  • Alignment of IBP with internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Working Budget tracking.
  • Sell-out reporting.
  • Support Manager Buying and Trading on stock sharing, based on channel strategy.
  • Collection and management of information for audit processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, Business Analytics or related functions.
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams with forecasting, reporting and performance tracking.
  • Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Business fluency in English.
