About the role
- Implement and monitor HSEE performance targets, including energy, carbon, water, waste, and health and safety KPIs for the LAM region
- Lead HSEE data collection and ensure data quality in compliance with global standards
- Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction initiatives related to buildings and operations to ensure necessary performance improvements
- Develop energy-related business cases for investment, cost transparency, and KPI tracking
- Implement written health and safety programs, ensuring safe working conditions for employees and compliance with applicable requirements
- Manage, coach, develop and train team members, input into performance reviews, provide feedback and allocate work considering complexity and experience level
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering with certified HSEE knowledge (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of professional HSEE experience in a global organization, preferably in the sporting goods or facilities management sectors
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of regional health & safety regulations in LAM
- Internal auditor certification in ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 is mandatory
- Advanced English level (mandatory)
