Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum 18 months retail environment experience.
- Minimum 12 months people management experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
