About the role

  • Contribute to seamless running of IT services (day-to-day support) and project delivery
  • Engage in continual improvement initiatives and collaborate with Domain Service Owners
  • Support stakeholder engagement/communications
  • Monitor and log service provision compared to service level agreements
  • Manage various smaller infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution
  • Engage with local vendors and monitor vendor performance
  • Oversee external vendor incident management according to ITIL standards
  • Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services and assist with remediation

Requirements

  • Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
  • At least 3-year experience in IT
  • 1 year of experience in relevant area
