About the role
- Manage consumer and shopper insights projects by prioritizing initiatives, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring high‑quality execution through planning and project management processes.
- Perform business and operational analyses to support informed decision‑making at the senior level.
- Analyze proprietary data sets in partnership with analytics teams using tools such as Tableau to identify insights that drive action.
- Source and implement insights tools in collaboration with global teams and external partners to enable deeper consumer understanding.
- Develop storytelling materials and presentations that translate complex insights into clear, compelling communication for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- University degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in CPG or FMCG.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketing.
