About the role

  • The Retail Operations Manager supports North American retail store operations.
  • Ensure consistent execution and operational excellence.
  • Establish and enforce operational standards.
  • Own inventory operations, ensuring product availability.
  • Drive timely, on-budget execution of operational initiatives.
  • Lead continuous process and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and global partners.
  • Lead a team responsible for managing retail data flow.
  • Ensure accurate, timely information and tools are provided to stores.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university preferred, ideally in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in the fashion or sporting goods industry.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing projects and operations, ideally related to process or program implementation.
  • Experience in a retail store environment is required.
  • Ability to work and travel as business demands, including overnight, weekends, holidays, up to 25% travel, including international travel.
  • Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods.
