About the role
- The Retail Operations Manager supports North American retail store operations.
- Ensure consistent execution and operational excellence.
- Establish and enforce operational standards.
- Own inventory operations, ensuring product availability.
- Drive timely, on-budget execution of operational initiatives.
- Lead continuous process and system improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and global partners.
- Lead a team responsible for managing retail data flow.
- Ensure accurate, timely information and tools are provided to stores.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university preferred, ideally in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in the fashion or sporting goods industry.
- 3–5 years of experience managing projects and operations, ideally related to process or program implementation.
- Experience in a retail store environment is required.
- Ability to work and travel as business demands, including overnight, weekends, holidays, up to 25% travel, including international travel.
- Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods.
