About the role

  • Join the team shaping pricing and promotions for adidas Factory Outlet Stores across the US.
  • Guide pre‑season and in‑season strategies that support sales, inventory health, and margin performance.
  • Analyze trends, review opportunities, and recommend actions that strengthen commercial performance and elevate the consumer experience.
  • Develop preseason and quarterly pricing and promotions plans aligned to sales, margin, and forecast targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Activation and Traffic teams to align on promotional activity, offers, and in‑store moments.
  • Manage the Talon One promotions tool to ensure all pricing and promotional updates are accurate and operational.
  • Analyze historical pricing and business trends to recommend actions that maximize sales and margin.
  • Lead a team of two direct reports while partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure strong in‑store communication and execution.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods.
