About the role
- Drive an effective and efficient brand activation across all communication touchpoints within Originals, Basketball, Partnership and incubation concepts
- Develop and ensure excellent implementation of category activation for own retail and wholesale accounts
- Manage the execution of the local category marketing plan
- Manage the creation of the local content in alignment with the key stakeholders
- Align with the Brand Activation team on the PR/Social and media strategy for a campaign execution
- Support local trade meetings by providing appropriate sell-in tools
- Lead the production and implementation of bespoke alliance and key account campaigns
- Recruit best in class people and provide people management guidance
- Lead, develop and retain talents to foster a high-performance culture
Requirements
- At least 7+ years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
- Strong degree of knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail, PR, digital)
- Ability to develop and implement local marketing plans following global guidelines
- Marketing budget planning and management
- Strong presentation skill to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong user of MS Office suite of products
- Proven project management experience
- Strong abilities in the fields of employee engagement and performance management
