About the role
- Join the Consumer Experience team and help shape how athletes and creators discover products across digital platforms.
- Execute and maintain digital merchandising experiences across navigation, search, filters, sorting, and product recommendation modules.
- Analyze consumer behavior and site performance to identify trends and recommend optimizations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or site experience optimization.
- Ability to apply consumer insights to elevate onsite merchandising.
- Strong analytical approach using site analytics, testing, and optimization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with Fredhopper and Adobe Analytics or PowerBI (preferred but not required).
