About the role
- Manage processes anchored in a consumer-first, data-driven approach
- Proactively analyze and monitor operational processes rooted in a continuous improvement mindset
- Support the seasonal processes and/or system reviews with an eye towards continuous improvement
- Curate and organize content and recipients of bi-weekly communications packages
- Compile, edit and distribute communications for the business
- Consolidate, organize and maintain comprehensive milestone playbook
- Organize interactions and collaborate with business partners
- Manage quarterly Statement Excess Inventory process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Two to five years of experience in process management, reporting, and analysis
- Understanding of data visualization (storytelling through and with data)
- Sports Apparel / Footwear industry specific experience preferred
- Intermediate / Advanced MS Excel skills required
