About the role
- Provide support in all administrational tasks and processes as part of the Service Catalogue
- Execute seamless onboarding and exit processes of employees
- Manage complex employee lifecycle cases including Severance and Non-Compete processes
- Drive administrative tasks regarding employee changes
- Maintain current HR systems and be responsible for data accuracy management
- Assist with mass uploads of data
- Govern data quality and drive compliance with global HR data model
- Manage monthly local and global reporting activities
- Track paperwork and employee eFile maintenance
- Collaborate pro-actively with Payroll department
- Consult HR partners on processes and present solutions
- Ensure constant and proper information flow and processing requests according to SLAs
- Keep knowledge base up to date in cooperation with HR Services Specialists
- Provide support and knowledge to team specialists
Requirements
- University Degree (Bachelor)
- 3-4 years related experience
- Specialization in HR management preferred
- Strong MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint) user-knowledge
- SuccessFactors Employee Central knowledge preferred
