About the role
- Ensure employee enrollment in the Social Security System
- Manage the recovery of medical leave benefits
- Execute HR Services processes like Document Management and Leave Administration
- Manage SAP Maintenance of Data according to policy
- Ensure correct registration of terminations in SAP
- Manage employee inquiries related to HR Services processes
- Ensure the correct collection of invoices from vendors
- Prepare reports for government entities and stakeholders
- Work in alignment with HR and legal teams
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workforce Administration
- Experience in Social security management and absence management
- English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or other related careers
- Knowledge of Colombian local processes, practices, and labor law
- Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g.: SAP, Success Factors)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Stakeholder management
