About the role
- Own and lead complex integration and enhancement projects for the Partner Program.
- Act as a senior cross-functional process leader, connecting operational processes across various functions.
- Drive and facilitate decision-making in cross-functional forums.
- Lead difficult and high-stakes stakeholder conversations.
- Establish strong project governance and maintain focus on outcomes.
- Partner with regional and local teams to secure appropriate resourcing.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience leading complex projects or programs within eCommerce, marketplace operations, or supply chain environments.
- Proven experience owning initiatives end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery in cross-functional contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, driving alignment and decision-making in complex environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
