About the role

  • Act as a strategic business partner and coach
  • Lead the efficient implementation of HR priorities for Digital and Tech
  • Ensure timely delivery of staffing and compliance with labor legislation
  • Collaborate with COEs in deploying initiatives
  • Execute personnel planning, annual salary rounds, and promotions
  • Promote and manage high employee engagement
  • Control the execution of Onboarding and Offboarding processes
  • Maintain updated SuccessFactors data
  • Participate in the recruitment process for M4 and M3 positions

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience
  • People Management experience
  • Data analytics: experience interpreting data to impact decision-making
  • Experience leading and executing organizational design processes and change management
  • Experience developing talents and leaders
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
