About the role
- Act as a strategic business partner and coach
- Lead the efficient implementation of HR priorities for Digital and Tech
- Ensure timely delivery of staffing and compliance with labor legislation
- Collaborate with COEs in deploying initiatives
- Execute personnel planning, annual salary rounds, and promotions
- Promote and manage high employee engagement
- Control the execution of Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Maintain updated SuccessFactors data
- Participate in the recruitment process for M4 and M3 positions
Requirements
- 10 years of experience
- People Management experience
- Data analytics: experience interpreting data to impact decision-making
- Experience leading and executing organizational design processes and change management
- Experience developing talents and leaders
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
