About the role
- Be the strategic catalyst for transforming HR from a service function to a performance-driving powerhouse
- Lead the people agenda by building a high-impact HR ecosystem that fuels business acceleration through leadership enablement, cultural transformation, workforce planning, and scalable people practices
- Act as a trusted business partner and changemaker who delivers with speed, precision, and strategic clarity
- Serve as the lead advisor to managers and employees, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture
- Partner with leaders to shape and execute the People Strategy aligned with business priorities
- Translate strategy into execution — lead the deployment of global, regional and local HR initiatives across talent, performance, and engagement
- Enable workforce planning and org design to future-proof talent structures and capability pipelines
- Manage the full range of day-to-day HR Partnering of HR core cycle and operations for the Vietnam team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of progressive HR experience in dynamic, international environments
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
