Technical Project Manager

• Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
• Align delivery across technology, UX, data, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
• Manage cross-solution dependencies, sequencing, and release coordination.
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned initiatives.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Maintain delivery cadence, governance checkpoints, and operational readiness.
• Track delivery spend against approved CAPEX budgets.
• Support Order to Cash processes, SOW scope alignment, change control, vendor onboarding, PO creation, invoice validation, and Goods Receipt.
• Provide accurate cost and forecast reporting to leadership.
• Manage external vendors and system integrators to ensure alignment with timelines, priorities, and quality expectations.
• Highlight delivery risks, scope creep, or commercial misalignment proactively.
• Apply Solenis delivery governance, architecture checkpoints, and reporting standards.
• Maintain required delivery artefacts for IT, Security, Architecture, and Finance oversight.
• Drive consistent execution across multiple product teams without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Adjust delivery sequencing, timelines, and resourcing within approved scope and budget.
• Recommend go / no-go decisions for releases from a delivery readiness perspective.
• Escalate material scope, cost, or risk issues to Digital Operations and Product Development leadership.

Digital Project Manager

Manager

• Review and manage existing subcontractor contracts supporting maintenance and reliability activities.
• Ensure commercial terms are correctly applied and suppliers are delivering agreed scope and outcomes.
• Challenge unnecessary costs such as failed works, repeat visits, standby charges, or unjustified call-outs.
• Investigate supplier claims including rework, aborted visits, and variation requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract structure, scope clarity, and performance management.
• Implement governance around supplier performance, KPIs, and commercial compliance.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure alignment between service delivery and commercial agreements.
• Support negotiations with subcontractors to improve value, cost transparency, and service standards.
• Provide reporting on spend, supplier performance, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Ensure contractual risk is managed and disputes are handled professionally and commercially.

Contracts Manager

• Perform all necessary Salesforce administrative tasks including:
• User management
• Page layout modifications
• Creating reports and dashboards
• Adding and maintaining custom fields
• Optimise the performance of Salesforce products and systems
• Configure, build, and test Salesforce applications as required
• Work as part of the Solution Design team to finalise high-level solutions
• Take accountability for low-level design of functional application changes
• Support and train users across the business on Salesforce best practices
• Maintain data quality, including managing access, resets, and data integrity
• Complete and maintain all documentation required for system maintenance and ongoing support
• Experience working with sales, marketing, or digital commerce teams in an eCommerce environment
