About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

- Travel to customer locations to carry out machine tagging and registration activities
- Apply QR code labels to machines and equipment
- Use a mobile phone or handheld device to register assets into an online system
- Accurately capture and upload required machine information
- Ensure all records are completed correctly and consistently
- Represent the company professionally while on customer premises
- Communicate clearly and politely with customer contacts on-site
- Follow site procedures and health & safety requirements
- Report progress and completed work to the project manager/team

.Professional and well-presented manner
.Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and web-based systems
. Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules efficiently
.Good organisational and time management skills
.Full UK driving licence required
.Previous field-based, customer service, installation, surveying, or data collection experience would be advantageous
