Requirements
- Proven experience managing end to end hiring processes with different seniorities
- 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically focusing on senior-level in a high-growth technology company (fintech, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment is a strong plus)
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions.
- Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly required
