Manage a designated volume of Local SEO campaigns with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring activation, optimization, and monitoring
Primarily manage Local SEO campaigns across various listing management platforms and Google Business Profile
Handle ongoing optimizations, reporting, and campaign renewals
Maintain an organized task queue within monday.com and demonstrate proactive time and workload management
Provide clear, consistent communication with partners, sales teams, and clients regarding deliverables and performance; participate in calls as needed
Ensure billing accuracy by tracking allocations and product details for each campaign and assist in renewal processes
Engage in training sessions to strengthen SEO knowledge, platform expertise, and campaign execution skills while staying informed on industry best practices
Support team initiatives, project tasks, campaign billing, and process improvements to contribute to department goals and growth
Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management, SEO, analytics, or advertising operations
Familiarity with Google Business Profile, listings management tools, SEMrush, or other keyword planning tools
Experience in a client-facing or account management role at a digital company is preferred
Agency experience highly preferred
Proven ability to communicate effectively with partners, clients, and teams at all levels of an organization
Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in project management tools like monday.com
High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
