Account Executive

• Own the full customer lifecycle: prospecting, technical sales conversations, deal closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers.
• Understand and explain our assay capabilities in depth.
• Work closely with the biology team to ensure experiments are designed correctly and results are communicated clearly.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities across customer segments.
• Develop proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Represent Adaptyv at conferences and industry events.
• Feed customer insights back to the product and biology teams.

Scientific Account Executive

Full-stack Engineer

• Creating interfaces and APIs that give scientists and AI agents visibility into what's happening in the lab in real time
• Building custom AI agents and tooling that automate decisions across the experiment lifecycle, from protocol design to troubleshooting failed results
• Turning proprietary hardware into API-controllable devices that agents and software can operate programmatically
• Designing scheduling systems that coordinate dozens of lab instruments with complex dependency chains

Backend Engineer

• You’ll build backend systems that make our lab programmable.
• You'll architect data pipelines that process large-scale protein characterization data.
• Build APIs that integrate laboratory instruments and robotics into our software stack.
• Work closely with scientists and automation engineers to translate complex molecular biology workflows into reliable, scalable software.
