Systems Engineer

• As a Junior RF Systems Engineer you will support our growing RF department to a variety of tasks including equipment testing, rack-based RF solution integration, site surveys, field installations, and measurements.
• Support lab integration of RF modules and rack-based solutions (repeaters, signal boosters, power supplies)
• Assist in field surveys, RF measurements, and system tuning
• Participate in on-site installations (cabling, grounding, device installation)
• Carry out diagnostics and simple repairs on returned RF equipment
• Document configurations, wiring diagrams, and test results
• Maintain inventory and tool readiness for field operations

Junior RF Systems Engineer

Technical Project Manager

• Formulate and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to guarantee successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of project requirements and timely deliverables
• Recognize and address project risks and issues and devise contingency plans
• Relay project status, progress, and issues to the Technical Director
• Ensure that project documentation is thorough, precise, and current
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Facilitate internal project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and review sessions
• Ascertain that project deliverables comply with quality standards and meet customer expectations
• Oversee project change requests and scope adjustments, ensuring appropriate approvals
• Continuously enhance project management processes and methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide oversight and management of work backlogs, prioritization processes, and work scheduling and monitoring
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal team members
• Play a central role in technical planning and implementation for FTTH projects and report directly to the Technical Director

Network Engineer

• Responsible for network and security troubleshooting on Customer’s infrastructure including Switching, Routing, Firewalling, SD-WAN, Wireless
• Monitor and inspect network infrastructure performance
• Help to organize and prepare the deployment of new installations
• Troubleshoot networking incidents and recommend solutions for complex problems
• Engage in troubleshooting and debugging new feature deployments
• Document procedures
• Participate in network design projects and contribute to network improvement
• Provide support to the company’s customers
• Manage to overcome issues and problems by taking initiatives
• Cooperate with Cybersecurity Engineers and escalate unsolved issues to vendors
