About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and review security alerts across OT/ICS environments.
  • Perform first-level triage and validation of suspicious activity, helping distinguish real threats from false positives.
  • Support the analysis of OT network traffic, industrial communications, and asset behavior to identify anomalies.
  • Document incidents, collect relevant evidence, and escalate more complex cases to senior analysts.
  • Collaborate with OT engineers and cybersecurity teams to support incident response and continuous monitoring.
  • Contribute to the improvement of monitoring procedures and day-to-day SOC operations.
  • Help support the security, availability, and continuity of industrial environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a SOC, cybersecurity, networking, IT support, or IT operations role.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, networking, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with security monitoring tools or SIEM platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of OT, ICS, SCADA, or industrial protocols is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
  • Motivation to learn and grow within a SOC and OT cybersecurity environment.
  • Nice to Have
  • Entry-level certifications such as Security+, CC, CCNA, or similar.
  • Exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity technologies.
  • Hands-on practice in alert monitoring, incident triage, or technical troubleshooting.
