About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Maintaining operational rigor and strategic guidance

Requirements
- 6-8 years of Service Partnership, Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Automotive experience is preferred
- Understanding client goals, industry context, contracts, and Acxiom’s offerings
- Building client relationships at a strategic level
