Outside Sales

• Responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with assigned customers to increase sales and margin of the company's products and/or services
• Engage with all levels of the customers’ organizations including technical, operations, supply chain and executive management

Outside Sales Representative

Analyst

• Executes accurate, scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Reconciles report data to ensure data integrity.
• Audits processing errors or bad data points before releasing reports.
• Maintains report contact database, controls user access to shared network drives and other common resources, and executes regular backups.
• Maintains production reports, makes approved changes to report data by modifying Teradata SQL, formatting Excel macros, and Access databases.
• Executes on demand processes and reports, adjusts input parameters, data, and formatting prior to execution, and validates report data prior to publishing results.
• Assists in ad-hoc report development and execution, including modifying existing or developing new SQL, running reports, and formatting data using advanced Excel capabilities.

Inventory Analyst

Inside Sales

• Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
• Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
• Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
• Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer’s promised delivery date.
• Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
• Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.

Inside Sales Representative

• Execute and expand assigned customer account plan(s) developed with management
• Execute on billing margin initiatives through value added services, marketing programs, and supplier engagement
• Prospect potential customers, including cold calling and developing leads through referral channels
• Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs
• Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
• Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements
• Utilize sales management tools for sales planning, supplier planning and documenting opportunities
• Develop and grow product knowledge through WESCO and supplier training
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers, including performing regular joint sales calls

• Interact with existing customers to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services and create customer satisfaction and add value to the customer's buying experience.
• Own a book of larger, more complex accounts and use proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts.
• Obtain, create, and up-sell orders; collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.
• Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, efficiency objectives.
• Market products and offer value-added services; develop strong business relationships and prospect for opportunities within account base.
• Own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, national accounts; keep abreast of new products and competitive knowledge.
• Report industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management; may lead other ISRs regarding processes, systems, customers.

Senior Representative, Inside Sales

Operations

• Manage large sales and performance datasets specific to Sourcing, Catalog, Supplier, Inventory and Project Management.
• Provide analytical support to sales leaders throughout the assigned Business Unit(s).
• Compile and analyze data on historical sales and trends to forecast future trends.
• Build compelling, interactive, and actionable reporting on top of structured data models that helps in deriving meaningful business insights from large and complex datasets.
• Gather requirements and design performance reports and forecasting reports for the Global Sales teams.
• Gather, publish, and maintain information related to historical, current, and future sales performance.
• Assist in developing sophisticated solutions, KPIs, and tools to achieve and support the business goals.
• Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problem-solving requests.
