About the role
- Oversee and lead operational activities across designated regions to enhance service delivery and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the service industry.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and financial performance evaluation.
- Ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
