- Guide clients through financial products and services and document interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams, provide service trend feedback, and conduct follow-ups to ensure resolution.
- Use CRM tools and manage multiple tasks with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Must be able to work remotely
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
- Familiarity with financial services or a relevant industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial
