identify and address gaps between customers’ specific business needs and Acumatica’s standard functionality.
operate as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team (Developers, Business Analysts).
oversee the full lifecycle of Acumatica customizations—from requirements gathering and analysis through solution design, configuration, testing, delivery, and post‑implementation support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting or a related field of study.
Experience with ERP/ software in a SaaS environment
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant handling at least 5 – 8 customization projects.
Experience in gathering and documenting Customization requirements, any functional specification that can be provided, will be a plus.
Experience with working with APIs.
Knowledge of reporting tools including financial reporting.
Understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management, Purchasing and Fulfillment.
Understanding of any other vertical industry (Manufacturing, Construction, Field Services) will be a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance a large group of diverse projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally.
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
Experience with Microsoft SQL
Basic understanding of relational database concepts
Ability to take direction, as well as work autonomously.
Attend internal team meetings, participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and Q&A.
