• Support the creation, review, and processing of quotes and order forms within CRM and CPQ systems.
• Review inbound deal requests from Account Executives for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
• Manage discount approvals within established thresholds and escalate non-standard requests when needed.
• Structure deal terms including contract length, payment schedules, ramp structures, pilots, and add-on agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal to support contract redlines and ensure timely execution of non-standard agreements.
• Maintain Deal Desk approval queues and help ensure SLA adherence, particularly during month-end and quarter-end close periods.
• Ensure strong CRM hygiene and accurate deal data to support forecasting, reporting, and downstream business processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to drive efficient deal execution.
• Understand how commercial deal structures impact ARR, TCV, renewals, revenue recognition, and cash flow.
• Identify process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and proactively escalate risks or blockers.

• Design and develop full-stack applications and features
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, and designers to create and customize solutions to interesting real-world challenges

Account Manager

• Account Management: Manage a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication, providing excellent customer service, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Upselling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional products and services to existing customers, driving increased customer value and revenue.
• Renewals: Own the end-to-end renewal process for your accounts, proactively engaging customers ahead of contract milestones to assess satisfaction, demonstrate ongoing value, and secure timely renewals. Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and mitigate churn risk, ensuring a high renewal rate while positioning accounts for expansion.
• Customer Communication: Engage regularly with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, send quarterly newsletters with company updates, including new feature launches, to keep customers informed and engaged.
• Seamless Transition from Sales: Work closely with the Growth Account Executive to ensure a smooth handoff of sales opportunities. Facilitate a seamless transition of account details and customer expectations to maintain continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and pursue upsell opportunities both mid-contract and during the renewal cycle. Align on customer goals to ensure a smooth, strategic path forward—one that deepens the relationship and expands ARR through solutions that drive long-term success for both the customer and AcuityMD.
• Database Management: Maintain and update HubSpot and PlanHat, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Competitor & Product Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to provide value-added insights and identify upselling opportunities within your existing customer base.

• Partner closely with our Product, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritize a research and implementation roadmap to maximize the value of our Encounters data product to customer use cases
• Develop a technical vision and roadmap with the engineering team to accelerate the delivery of valuable customer use cases
• Contribute meaningfully to the growth of each engineer individually and to the team’s overall operating capability

• Own a product area end-to-end: deeply understand customer problems, define the product vision, clearly articulate desired outcomes and acceptance criteria, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship thoughtfully.
• Prototype, test and deliver new data products and algorithms with engineering and small, nimble cross-functional teams
• Drive discovery by partnering with customers, product marketing, and data teams to uncover unmet needs and turn them into compelling, scalable software
