Content Manager

• Own the creation and execution of AcuityMD’s content calendar across blog, email, social, customer stories, and thought leadership programs
• Partner with the Head of Brand & Communications to translate company narrative, positioning, and market insights into compelling content
• Write and edit a wide range of content including articles, reports, case studies, event content, executive bylines, and customer success stories
• Support Flywheel and other major company events through content development before, during, and after the event
• Manage content production workflows and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, customers, freelancers, and agencies
• Develop content that supports demand generation campaigns and helps prospects move through the buyer journey
• Partner with Product Marketing to bring new products, features, and customer success stories to market
• Drive content distribution across owned, earned, and social channels to maximize reach and engagement

Content Marketing Manager

Support Engineer

• Support our commercial teams so our customers are successful by answering the toughest data questions internally around what datasets mean, and the nuanced limitations of how to use them.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to build our AI data context layer with evals. This requires deep understanding of the data and great technical writing skills. This role should help drive what our eval designs even are to measure agent quality.
• Help drive what tooling we need to build in our data products to support data explainability.

Product Support Engineer

Account Executive

• Identify, negotiate, and close opportunities at both existing accounts and new MedTech enterprises.
• You will establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to new logo pipeline generation with Fortune 500 Accounts.
• Develop and execute consultative/solution sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
• Quarterback the enterprise sales motion by conducting discovery calls, customizing demos, leading value engineering / ROI conversations, and running consultative sales presentations with prospects.
• Effectively sell the value of AcuityMD to key stakeholders, while navigating complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders including Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Collaborate across internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to achieve sales objectives and to deliver product feedback.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets and new logo growth goals.
• Build effective working partnerships with your AcuityMD colleagues (Customer Success, Consulting, Product, etc.) with humility and enthusiasm.

Strategic Account Executive

Program Manager

• Oversee Strategic customers throughout their implementation journeys
• Partner with account executives and solution engineering to scope, price, and successfully position/sell services for implementation, integration, and ongoing premium success
• Project manage the implementation programs for our largest customers
• Lead the setup, configuration, and testing of the AcuityMD platform for new clients to ensure proper functionality
• Coordinate internal and external resources to manage changes to the project scope and schedule for the flawless execution of projects
• Provide client support until the implementation has been completed and the customer is transitioned to the Customer Success Team
• Be a strategic partner to the Account Executive team and Customer Success team removing technical blockers with urgency and jumping into customer conversations when needed
• Partner with the engineering team to efficiently and effectively activate standard and custom integrations with customer CRM, ERP, and data lake.
• Partner with AEs and CSMs to ensure our customers’ long-term success
• Ensure the effective integration of key data between the AcuityMD platform and key customer systems
• Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and feedback, helping to coordinate resources as needed to drive timely resolution and response
• Be a key player in establishing the Professional Services business as a revenue generator with a clear path to positive margin

Analyst

• Support the creation, review, and processing of quotes and order forms within CRM and CPQ systems.
• Review inbound deal requests from Account Executives for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
• Manage discount approvals within established thresholds and escalate non-standard requests when needed.
• Structure deal terms including contract length, payment schedules, ramp structures, pilots, and add-on agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal to support contract redlines and ensure timely execution of non-standard agreements.
• Maintain Deal Desk approval queues and help ensure SLA adherence, particularly during month-end and quarter-end close periods.
• Ensure strong CRM hygiene and accurate deal data to support forecasting, reporting, and downstream business processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to drive efficient deal execution.
• Understand how commercial deal structures impact ARR, TCV, renewals, revenue recognition, and cash flow.
• Identify process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and proactively escalate risks or blockers.
