This Market Intelligence Senior Manager will focus on the Acuity Intelligent Spaces (AIS) segment, reporting to the Senior Director of Market Intelligence.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining market models, analyzing internal and external data, and translating findings into actionable business insights.
The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic thought partner, regularly collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support decision-making and opportunity assessment.
This is a hybrid role located in Atlanta, GA.
Requirements
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience aligning stakeholders from Sales, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
Ability to translate market trends into strategic insights and business recommendations.
Proficiency in applying analytical frameworks to derive insights from imperfect or incomplete data sources.
Effective communicator with the ability to tailor insights to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
Experience in both qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, statistical analysis) research techniques.
Strong Excel skills required.
Skilled in data visualization and storytelling, with proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint to create clear, engaging deliverables.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent and 6 to 8 years of experience.
