About the role
- Two-year rotational Supply Chain Leadership Program with six-month rotations
- Rotate to different functional areas (Distribution Operations, Sourcing/Product Engineering, Focused Factory)
- Work on projects alongside experienced colleagues to build business acumen and skills
- Exposure to Logistics, New Product Introduction, Sourcing, Supplier Development, Continuous Improvement, Engineering
- Participate in specialized onboarding, mentorship, social/networking events, and leadership report-outs
- Collaborate with peers and leaders across the business and present rotational learnings
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain or Business Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to travel based on business needs (up to 20%)
- Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes (highly preferred)
- Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative (highly preferred)
- Less than two years of related work experience (highly preferred)
