About the role
- Participate in Acuity's two-year Leadership Program with six-month rotations across functions
- Rotate through Data, Applications, DevOps (platform/cloud/infrastructure), Database Engineering, and Product Management
- Work on data movement, cleansing, transformations, analytics, usage, and metrics development
- Support applications focused on business and product requirements
- Collaborate with peers and leaders across the business on projects and initiatives
- Participate in onboarding, mentorship, social/networking events, leadership report-outs, and performance reviews
- Start employment on January 12, 2026 and work remotely from the United States
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills (required)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- Availability to travel based on business needs (up to 20%) (required)
- Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes (highly preferred)
- Team-oriented with a drive to take initiative (highly preferred)
- Less than two years of related work experience (highly preferred)
- Ability to work remotely from the United States (role starts Jan 12, 2026 and works remotely from the United States)
